Have been using Courtesy Goodyear for over 20 years but lost trust after last fall and spending over $ 4,000. Transmission was the issue and had to make four trips but finally got the right transmission install, again after other service like solenoid and new calalytic converter put in that really did not fix the main problem. There were other issue of trust but maybe they have become too complacent after all these years.

I have been here once and because the cost here for an alignment was the cheapest around. I will now come here for each and every alignment and possibly other services as well. These guys were honest and saved me time and money by letting me know I needed to fix something before the alignment. And he was so nice and honest. It took a few weeks but finally brought my magnum back and when I left boy she was the most sound that she’s been once I got her. Thanks you all. It shows how well you guys operate as a whole and communicate as a team. Thank you for your customer service I really appreciate not being taken advantage of
