Since they have moved I'm very disappointed. Finding anything is impossible now, at the old show room you could search online and see where it was located in the store, now you just have to walk up and down every isle. I'll only buy online now but seeing the beads is usually important for me so it's unlikely Covid hasn't helped their inventory levels either so checking if the item is in stock is also important but might be incorrect also.

Had lots and lots of beads and that's great. However, they were out of sterling silver wire. They were also out of the sterling silver pins that I needed. They had some nice semiprecious stone beads behind the counter but I didn't feel comfortable checking those out. The lady behind the counter mirrored my every move as if she was guarding Fort Knox

Shipwreck Beads has the widest variety of beads and related crafting materials of any store in the region. The prices are a little high for Hobby Crafters, but are of good quality. Definitely an amazing store, and a must-see if you're looking for something you can't find at other hobby stores.

Great selection & knowledge! Be prepared to spend a few hours. Prices range from low to quite high but it's definitely a one stop shop

Go to the website and contact them about mailing you a catalog.
Yes, they do. But much easier to shop in store for those than online. Because online you cannot open and check out if it is exactly what you are looking for. AND not all of it is able to be online because inventory.
As far as rosery kits yes they do have them or at least the materials to create one. For the prison approved vendor I not sure.
Not yet. The showroom opens June 15. For now it's phone and online orders and you can do curbside pickup (by 4 and when they confirm by phone your order is ready ) I went today to pick up an order I made. they had me stay in the car the whole time..it was easy and great!
It's been a few years since I've been there. I know they have completed pieces for sale, but I'm not sure they are consignment pieces.
Yes, but prices have increased dramatically & price tags don't reflect increase. Prepare for sticker shock at register! They are giving 20% discounts at register, but it's not near the increase differences. I left without many items due to a great discrepancy between shelf price & register cost.
Masks required
Yes. Closed to the public till stage 4 reopening. Made the mistake of dropping by last week without checking first
They are closed (Temporarily I hope)
They are working with online and phone orders only, you can give them a call and ask when the public will be able to shop in store. Look them up on the website www.shipwreckbeads.com
Karen, as of now our showroom will remain closed through at least June 15th. In the meantime, we do offer curbside pickup for those who need beads in a hurry, and also offer free shipping to all WA residents for phone and online orders.
Not sure. Check website.
They have bone, abalone, plastic, and pewter buttons.
What are in???? Could you clarify please?
It IS the only physical store, you can buy on their website or over the phone if you aren't able to go to the store itself.
Yes they do. The are the largest supplier beads & supplies in the US
I can try
They have all kinds of stuff. If it isnt on the website. The staff are knowledgable as they can be but it's a pretty big warehouse. I havent seen this particularly but they do have letters and rhinestones.
Thanks, I greatly appreciate it. :)
Yes
Shipwreckbeads.com, search, shell buttons... It brings up Abalone, Mother of Pearl, and a couple of metal, shell buttons. Would probably be worth a trip to the store to ask a live person. They have TONS of beads and other stuff.
You won't find more anywhere else
Fairly solid to the best of my memory, though that's never been my focus so I could be wrong. I think I recall a variety of colors and thicknesses, though.
If they dont have it. No one will
They frequently offer them and have class schedules available at the store and maybe online.
I would encourage you to call the store.
Yes, but they there hours might be different than the normal 9-6, according to a Google search.
They more than likely have what you're looking for.
Shipwreck Beads does have a number of beads and charms themed for Seahawks fan jewelry. If you can't find the themed display, you can always ask one of the staff. (Themes/displays do change and are moved to different locations as seasons change.)
Pretty sure they do they have almost everything
