We worked with Travis Demars and the experience was top notch. Even with all of the supply chain issues and everything else going on during COVID we were able to get our floors installed with great satisfaction. We had one issue with a piece of laminate that was bubbling and they were out the next week and replaced it. All in all, it was a great experience.

Will not do business with this organization ever again. Twice I've ordered flooring, well in advance, of a project end date. I've had to re-order flooring because the initial order was updated as postponed for an additional eight months. The second set of flooring, which I was assured was "in stock" and would ship in two weeks......I now get updates two weeks past that ship date that it won't be here until May 31st. No communication, I had to call to find out why my order is late. They are quick to take your money, but can't produce their end of the bargain. I will definitely take my money elsewhere after this.

Update: corporate did have a manager come and touch up my walls. I'd say the situation was made 90% whole. I am so disappointed. I wish I could review with 0 stars. We recently spent $3400 on 3 bedrooms of carpet and installation. While the process was dealing with several different people it went fine until installation. We spent days and until 11 the night before finishing the painting of our walls just for them to gouge every wall in 2 of the 3 rooms. We called immediately and left a message for the installation supervisor and were told it would be handled. That was last Thursday and we've never received a call. We called corporate this morning to be told to email another person which we will. So far not impressed and would never recommend this company. Emailed corporate manager Jim hours ago and still no reply.

From seeing my neighbors Corian countertops, and her recommendation I could not say enough good about our experience! Mary Myers, was very professional and personal with us. The product and services were exceptional. I believe they underpromised but overdelivered!! Thirteen years ago they installed our wood floors, that we love, and now our countertops. HIGHLY recommend it all.
