Although the providers at the Ranson location are wonderful the front desk employees are not. At 8am today there were already no appointments to be made, and when I walked in today I was told there is a 3 hour wait. in order to be seen I had to sit in the waiting area with my kids for 3 hours. The pre registration call is only for appointments even though there were no appointments all day. When I double checked online the site says 1:45-2 hour wait but the two receptionists insisted it was a 3 hour wait, clearly to get me to go home. So unprofessional, and lacking compassion. I always raved about this location to all my mom friends but absolutely not after today.

I am so extremely happy for the staff at the Ranson location. Everyone was so pleasant, Dr’s were thorough and efficient, and every single visit and interaction was above my expectations. To the Nurse Practitioner that seen my daughter and sat and talk to me…. You will never understand how much I appreciate your support, encouragement, and guidance. You medically took care of my child and mentally gave me exactly what I needed to keep pushing. I will never forget the amazing staff at this location in particular. You guys totally rock! ❤️

This was my 1st visit. I saw NP Mandy, i couldn't have ask for any better treatment. The staff as a whole was wonderful. Great experience!
