i was nervous after reading the reviews that the workers would be rude but it was actually fine. they didn't greet me or ask any questions but personally i prefer when i can just browse in peace so that wasn't an issue for me. if you had any questions the girls will help you and i got a dressing room quickly. the girl with short brown hair was kind, and the short black haired girl was sweet as well. they weren't overly social but that was okay with me. no one was rude and it was a peaceful shopping experience.

i’ve heard that the girls working at brandy were toxic but my experience shopping here was fine and they were rather sweet. Brandy has a large trendy selection of clothing i love <3

First of all a lot of people say the workers are rude and stuck up they didn't go out of there way to help but they definitely not rude. The store is a bit small and the line is really long but what can expect with a trendy store. I recommend going on a weekday or if you must go a weekend go before or around noon. As for there clothes I don't support there one size only policy but there clothes are cute. If you like 90's style trendy clothes then I recommend this store. The clothes are a little overpriced but a lot off there items are 16 dollars as well. If your looking for a cheaper option try target. There clothes are very high quality. The workers let people into the store ad just hung stuff up. They did not give me any rude looks. There are also buckets of stickers in the front which adds a lot. They way the store is decorated is cute and it overall is great store. The reason its 4 stores is the price I slightly high and the line is quite long. The line took me 10 minutes at a good time but my friend went and it took her 30 minutes and with Seattle weather thats not great. If you don't want to stand in line that long try there website since it has more variety's. There store doesn't have a lot of thing thats on there website but has things that you can only get in store. Because of Covid you can only be in the store for a certain time and the fitting rooms are closed. Overall I recommend this store :)

Everything is fine but the people. The staffs totally ignored my existence when I came in. They kept talking about how they got amazing discounts at lululemon, and did not bother helping other customers. I asked to try some clothes on, and the cashier pointed at the fitting rooms and told me to go there. She got back to her conversation with other staffs immediately after I thanked her.
