Worst experience we have ever had. My daughter came here looking for help and solutions for her issue which is somewhat serious. Dr allen was completely dismissive and rude, talked over us the entire time. My son who attended the appt to support his sister, sat quietly in the corner the entire time, he politely raised his hand to ask a question and was rudely ignored and dismissed. The M.O. here is the nurse will see you for 99% of your appt, and the doctor comes in at the end to collect the higher fee. She has no interest in helping children. Also they removed my review, but I will post this once a week if necessary. My son was literally crying otw home (hes 8) because of how he was treated. Dont bring your kids here.

Dr. Allen is Awesome!!! So personable and skilled!! She also really takes her time to explain things in detail. She has helped me so much and my skin looks Amazing!! Her staff is also the Best! I highly recommend Dermatology Associates of Oakbrook Terrace to all my friends and family.

I made an appointment with Dr. Allen because she was highly recommended by family and other doctors. I waited over a month to get in to see her. I arrived a few minutes early to my 5:15pm appointment and was not seen until 5:50-5:55pm. Dr. Allen addressed my main concern but when I attempted to ask her about my secondary concern, she told me that we had run out of time in the appointment. I tried to show her some photos of my skin but was told that it would be best to come in when I am having the flare ups. Obviously this is difficult when it takes over a month to get in for an appointment at which point my flare ups have subsided…I was rushed out and given a free sample for rosacea without being able to discuss it with Dr. Allen.

This is hands down the best dermatology office I’ve ever been too. The laser hair removal changed my life. They are so kind and helpful and pricing is very reasonable.
