My power has been off for five days now. My landlord sold the building and ComEd just shut the power off. Now I have to wait until they find time to transfer the service to the new landlord, in the meantime my food and insiln has gone bad, I have no heat or hot water (and it's cold today), and I can't cook. nobody at ComEd seems to care .I think there closed over the weekend and Monday is a holiday, so I'm just out of luck. How do we let these people stay in business. Thanks for nothing ComEd

Trying to have the power shut off for over 3 weeks and nothing ! Winter time with no heat in the house and this company is doing absolutely nothing ! We just wanted the power shut off so we can fix the issue, absolutely incredible
