I had a 2pm appointment and dropped my car off on time. I was told the service would take 1-1.5H. At the 1.5H mark I called to inquire about when my car would be ready. I was told I was the last appointment of the day. I was polite but expressed my confusion as I had a 2pm appointment and was told it take 1H-1.5H until my car would be ready. They apologized and moved my car up to be next in line to get serviced. When I arrived back to pick my car up they told me they were comping my service as they hadn’t been able to uphold their promise. While it was frustrating that having an appointment didn’t guarantee my car would be serviced at that time and there was miscommunication around timing I do appreciate their excellent customer service. I recommend their service I just suggest you clarify timing.

Everything about this experience was great! It was very easy to schedule online and the technician assigned to my car took the time to walk me through what they suggested for my car, and answered any questions I had. Everyone I worked with from dropping off my keys to pick up was friendly and helpful!

I ended up towing my car here because they were the only shop close enough open on memorial day when the check engine light started blinking. They told me almost nothing other than that it was a transmission problem, they can't fix it, and I'll need to send it to someone who specializes in transmissions. After getting my car towed a second time, turns out it was an engine problem after all, which Pep Boys could've told me if they had bothered to do any diagnostics and read the engine code in the first place. Instead I had to waste my time and money getting my car towed to a third shop. The best I can say is that they didn't charge for the inspection, but given the towing costs, it literally would have been more helpful if they didn't tell me anything.

Tire rotation was great. Drop off was easy. They're doing their best with the supply chain and labor shortage. Gave me a decent quote on a brake job as well and what they saw on their courtesy inspection. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and come back for future service.
