Ordered a new tire on Saturday, May 7th. This had to be special ordered from their Nevada warehouse and I was told it would arrive on Tuesday, May 10th. Since I was going to be on vacation at that point, I scheduled an installation appointment for May 26th. I dropped off the car no problem, only to receive a call less than an hour later informing me the tire did not arrive. Disappointing: I wasted an hour round trip to drop off the car, and another to pick it up, and still need a replacement tire. Won't be shopping here again.

Not happy with the job they have done with my car. They install a leveling kit on my truck I ended up with a really annoying sound in my suspension, l took it back waited for an hour and they came up with a dumb solution, it minimize the noise for a fews days, but then it came back. :(

I had the best service experience! I was able to leave my very flat tire overnight. They called the next day to say it was ready. No charge! I didn't buy my tires from Les Schwab, but have in the past. The service was outstanding, even though they were super busy they put the tire on which saved me from having to change it myself in the dark no less. Thank you!

Unless their policy is changed hey. The only way to get studs in your tires is to buy brand new tires and have them installed than. Most tire shops will not put studs in tires that are not brand new.
It's 8.50$ for each dismount and mount if iys a sedan . and 16-18$ for wheel spin balance each. Depending on wheel size. 6$ for new stems or rebuild. 6$ for wheels switch. I work here 4th ave in seattle south
