Almost completely raw burger from this place, manager almost had no clue what to do when I made a complaint. They don't care here. Horrid service, homeless people that harass you while you wait; not worth the price. AVOID

The app is great and love their breakfast menu. Hate that it's not open earlier and meets the needs of the community. I think they do well for having such a tough area and think it would be wise to train them on dealing with nuisance customers in a polite and assertive manner rather than ignoring them or being dismissive.

When i went to order i was bombarded by a homeless man trying to intimidate me into buying him food. Then asked a male employee (im a female) to use the restroom and was locked in which was highly stressful. After banging on the door for a few minutes a female employee opened the door. Was given no apology and was stared at by another employee in the lobby. I definitely don't feel safe here and wont be back.

Consistently poor service Orders are almost always wrong, food is not well prepared, and this might be the slowest "fast food" in the world. The place is a wreck, you can't go inside, and in most cases you can't even order here — you have to use the abysmal mobile app. The employees are clearly trying their best but this is probably the worst-managed McD's location in the country.
