I live quite a few STATES away, so you always worry about doing business so far away...But this crew was outstanding. Gave me optional idea's, colors, prices to choose from. One of my colors was not available, and I even got a phone call back. They sent a picture of the arrangement before it went out for delivery... OUTSTANDING ... Very Happy

Ordered and paid for flowers for pickup on valentine's day only for me to show up and have the distributors tell me they were out of flowers. When I called, the representative made it seem like this had happened to many more people. 4 follow up calls and almost a month later and I still haven't received a refund... Very well could've been a fluke and I'm sure this business is fine during normal circumstances but it's pretty disappointing that I've had to do so many follow ups to get my money back after they seriously wronged me

Nothing beats flowers and balloons to brighten a hospital room! We will deliver a beautiful bouquet or green plant to the front desk at the hospital. A hospital employee or volunteer will take it from there. Check with us about sending hospital flowers to find about ICU and patients who have been discharged policy.

We will, but usually we’d rather not. Hot sun, wind, freezing temps, dogs and cats can wreak havoc on your gift very quickly. Of course, we’ll honor your request if you let us know or put a note online in the Special Instructions section saying “please leave it at the door if no one is at home.” Or if the shop has contacted the recipient and knows they will be home soon, they might make an exception.
