DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT USE FREEMAN TIRE on spring street in cookeville. I took my work truck in for one new tire and alignment last Friday. I dropped it off at 7:45 and showed up at 4:30 to pick it up. They hadn’t even done the alignment. I didn’t have an appointment so I didn’t complain much. I had them order a fuel filter and made an appointment for today to have the alignment and fuel filter done. Same drop off time. 7:45. Here I sit at 4:30 and my alignment isn’t done. This is completely unacceptable and all I’ve gotten is excuses. Pitiful.

I had a metal piece causing a flat. They worked me in at 7:15am and had me out within an hour. Terrific work and great professionalism. I highly recommend them and will definitely return to them for any tire related problems.

My brakes are still squeeking after paying hundreds of dollars for brake pad replacement. Decided to not go back and possibly get charged, again, for bad workmanship. It's obvious that no pad adhesive was used. Have been extremely ticked off with their service. And for the amount of money spent on a simple pad replacement. I took our car their because I don't have a garage to do the job myself. I'll just do it myself in a parking lot somewhere next time. I'll never return or recommend going there for any work .

my boyfriend had an alignment done here a few days ago , as he went to leave he noticed his car was still pulling to the side so he took it right back and asked that it be fixed - again . whoever it was , was very clearly not happy that my boyfriend had come back for it to be fixed correctly . next day , we had gone out of town for the evening . when coming back , we were 2 minutes from our apartment at a stop sign when all the sudden the car would not move . forward or in reverse ! we got out and looked around the car and saw the front driver side tire was turned to the right , while the front passenger tire was completely straight ! come to find out , they did not tighten the tirod bolt back!!! luckily we were at a stop sign when it happened and there was a cop at the same intersection so we were able to get help , even though we had to pay $130 tow bill to take his car literally TWO MINUTES home . however , if this would have happened on the highway , this “slip up” could have cost us both of our lives ! we will be going to the shop to speak to the general manager there requesting his money back ! we will never be coming back here for service ever again !
