Traveling from Nashville to VA this summer, my car needed repairs. My good fortune was to exit I-40 where CarFix is located. Of course, this was at 5PM on a Friday. Took my car in, Sam was professional and courteous in explaining I could leave the car and he would have the techs get on it first thing Monday. I needed a rental to get to VA and, lo and behold, there was Enterprise about a block away. Monday morning, Sam called as promised, offered a quote and the expected time frame. I asked him to repair the vehicle. I picked up my car this weekend and all is well. I highly recommend CarFix. Thank you, Sam and the CarFix team!

Tyler helped me to choose and order a tire and get it installed. He was very helpful and friendly and kept me updated on the order arrival. He checked back a few days later to make sure everything was going smoothly. I appreciate this especially with a larger business.
