First time using the West Seattle Les Schwab, and I am satisfied with their performance and the work they did. Came in for new tires, and break inspection. Everything was fine, except I did ended up having an issue with the tires due to another issue with the car but everything was resolved in a timely and courteous manner. So thumbs up on that. Everyone I encountered with the exception for one person was very helpful and friendly. They need really to re-train Chantelle because she does not have any basic customer service knowledge at all! She was the only person that was rude on the phone when she called to notify me that my vehicle was ready, on a different day when I called to inquire about appointment availability because of an issue I was having, and in person when it was time to pay on my first visit.

I have been using Les Schwab for years and I am happy that I still am able to experience excellent customer service at this location. I came in with a flat tire yesterday an hour before they closed, planning on picking it back up the next day, and they were able to replace the tire same day, before closing! Reasonable prices and always willing to create accurate quotes. Thanks so much!

I had a flat tire last night and bring my car here for service. My tire was repairable and they didn’t charge me for the service. Very Nice of personnel. Much appreciated especially during this hard times. I’ll definitely come back when I’ll need new sets of tires. Friendly and genuine people! Thanks again

My new tire got screwed and I've always gone to Les Schwab (the one in Burien) to patch tires, and have never been charged, but this location charged me $16. The next two customers needing tire repair, (women if that matters), weren't told anything about a fee to repair theirs either. I would have waited and gone to Burien if I'd known, as my tire hadn't lost any air and was completely driveable. Other than the cost to repair, I was promptly greeted and entered into the queue, but it took much longer than anticipated. The coffee is better than expected and popcorn is available. There is plenty of seating while waiting; they have tall tables and a counter with stools, in addition to standard tables with moveable chairs for wheelchair access, and is a large area. They have a car battery set up so you can charge your phone or other devices for free.
