Want almost double the price as a shop down the street, plus said there was more stuff wrong with my wife's car than the other shop did, even mentioned it to the other shop and they checked the so called issues she was told was wrong and go figure those issues didn't exist.......... In response to your reply, I said my wife's car first off, and the way you ended response shows mentality. I was not bashing I was simply sharing my experience! As an adult we shouldn't get all butt hurt when things don't go our way!!!!!!!!!

Great experience. I dealt with. Aden Paquin he was very professional and knowledgeable the car is fixed and I feel that they have done a quality job I would definitely use them again.

Was a great experience adin was our service writer and he was on spot. I called in having a seized ac compressor they were able to get me in with only losing my car for a day. They quoted the price and paid what was quoted. There were no up sells just good work at a honest price. I will definitely go back for work. Usually go to Toyota but I felt like I had better service here. Car is running great !!!

Why is it when I call there, and it goes to voicemail, the voicemail says this person has a mailbox that is full, goodbye, and hangs up on me?

Hawk's Prairie Automotive (Owner) Question: Is there a reason you wish not to simply clear out all the old messages from your voicemail mailbox? It would seem to me like the most prudent way to ensure you don't miss out on an important call or a potential customer. Am I wrong, or do you have so much great success with your current method of customer service that you just don't need to worry about it?

Not sure which car you are referring to. We do not have either of your names in our system. We are a very busy repair facility. We try our best to get your vehicle repaired in a timely manor every time. Some times vehicles have intermittent problems that are hard to find. Sometimes we have to wait on special order parts. Repairing vehicles is not always as easy as you think. We are people trying to help the best we can. Our goal is to make every person happy when they leave here.
