Don't waste your time. Find another shop. Apparently appointments do not matter and an oil change/tire rotation takes 3+ hrs to complete.

I have had nothing but postive experiences there. If anything they have also told me straight forward I didn’t need new brakes after a dealership told me I needed them replace. They said not even close and saved me from a huge purchase at a time I didn’t need them. As far as wait time complaints I’m wondering if any of these people complaining realize that there is a hiring crisis across the nation? I never have had to wait longer than maybe an hour and half tops. Everyone that works there has always been super nice and helpful.

I just wanted to give a giant THANK YOU to all the staff at Firestone Lacey! I went on this past Monday for a tire change with the rainy season upon us, my tires were balding to the point where it wasn’t safe to drive in the rain. They did an amazing job keeping me updated and informed throughout the entire process. Yes there was a wait, but they are doing their very best to take care of as many customers as possible to make sure we can all make it from A to B safely. When their lead found out I was a veterinary worker he took the time to thank me for my work and the importance of my job. I want to note the importance of their jobs! Because of everyone there at Firestone, I can now get to work safely to keep doing what I do! They service vehicles for people from all walks of life and all careers, making sure we can all continue to safely be on the road. Thank you!!
