I called last week to try to get appointments for new patients and was told to call early this week because they are scheduling out to July, but no schedule was made yet. I called today and now am being told that they still haven't built the schedule and to call again sometime again in a few weeks. I politely told the lady that answered that I will be calling a different doctors office because I'm not going to keep calling waiting for someone to finally create the schedule. Her response was a happy "OK!" I did not have a good experience at the Providence in West Olympia and I will probably have a similar experience at this location. I won't be calling them back ever again!

If i could give this doctors office zero stars i would. I have been a patient for a long time and its always the same thing my insurance doesn't accept a lot of places so i am limited to doctors i can see. My first complaint is with the lack of concern the doctors have. The second is the way they never do what they say they will do. I talked to my doctor for 40 mins just to have to call 3 times to get the follow up test she suggested i get. I have had two doctors from providence the doctor in west olympia prescribed me prozac and never followed up to see if i was doing ok with it. When i seen him the second time he said "you look familiar i think i seen you before" They are very unprofessional and i completely agree with the other review the dismissive attitude they have for life. I feel like if i had cancer or i was a cash cow for them they would treat me with more care and respect.

Was on time by 2 min. Patient in waiting room.steped up in front of me talked to gal at check in for 5 min which then made me 3 min late. So they said I was late. Wouldn't see me. Decided they would I sat down and they called me back up and said now they won't see me. The Doctor at Neurology said I was too late. Never went back to her. The gal at the front could have told them what happened, but they all looked confused and puzzled also. It would have been my first visit to see this Doc. And what made me so close on arrival was the Fact I went to the old office first and was told they moved. Won't go there again
