For a lesser price you can stay at the AC hotel at the waterfront, there’s no homeless around the area there and the rooms don’t smell as if they were built in the 60s. The employees there also are extremely welcoming and accommodating, which can’t be said about this Hotel.

Honestly I was a bit disappointed. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean. But there was just issue after issue. Half the outlets in the room didn’t work, TV originally didn’t work (they did fix that), WIFI strength didn’t even reach our room. They refunded our parking which I guess is nice. I just expected more from the Hilton. I’ve had better experiences with much less expensive hotels.

My stay was good. My only issue was that the room service is not available and the restaurant had a difficult time accommodating my gluten free and dairy free requests. The coffee maker in the room was dirty so I tried the Starbucks Cafe and they put dairy in my coffee, so I was sick for a day. Otherwise, beds are comfortable, room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was full my first night, but I was able to access an overflow lot after calling the desk and them sending out a security guard to open the gate. Gluten free/dairy free options are always hard to come by when traveling. I just wish hotels paid just a little bit more attention to those type of situations. It would make travel a bit less stressful. I would definitely stay here again, but would bring much more of my own food and snacks.

The location is the best part about this hotel. It's downtown, across from a park, and minutes walk from the waterfront. The property and rooms are nothing special. They don't even keep the Starbucks open during the day on weekends and their restaurant opens at 5 so we were sent to a convenience store for bottles of water. Front desk staff was friendly but no one offered to help even hold the door when they saw us bringing a bell cart full of boxes through the lobby to our cars. For a work event, it was fine. The sales team was efficient. I'd never stay there for a vacation.

I suggest you call them to confirm if they are having any festivities.
No. Downtown locatiom with very limited parking and the hotel parking itself is an underground parking structure with low clearance.
At the waterfront near the hotel there is parking at $1.25 per hour.
That seems like less than 5 minute walking at slow pace but im not 100%
I would call the hotel and ask them. Most places charge a pet fee.
Yes, I believe there is. It is only a 15 min drive from PDX
How can we help you?
