The customer service was very good. The room was one of the worst. Carpet molding is coming loose from the wall. Sugar ants crawling all over. If there was a fire and we couldn’t exit the door I would have to break the window because the lower latch was broke, couldn’t open the window .I wonder what the fire marshal would say about that. The room Had a strange odor to it. One of the electrical outlets did not have a cover plate on it. So all in all this has been the worst room at a motel we have ever stayed . As a Wyndham owner we are very Disappointed. Wish we could get a refund.

Could not check in until 3pm according to a note on the front window. Nobody there to talk with except a man in a back office that ignored us. Condition of the room was not good. Carpet looked dirty. Dresser was falling apart. Top of dresser was severely scratched. No desk chair. Wall plate missing from next to the refrigeration unit. Window curtains were ripped and not able to be opened, pinned at the top. Shower handle came off in my hand when I turned the shower on. Hot water was not hot. Black spots on the bathroom ceiling. The chlorine in the Jacuzzi was so strong it burned our eyes, made it hard to breath and died my black t-shirt (light purple and tie die appearance). Had to get our with in minutes. The continental breakfast was given if requested by ringing the bell at the front desk and waiting for someone to answer. It was presented in a paper bag. There was lots of homeless in the parking area during the evening hours and tents in the area. Obvious drug deals in parking with the homeless. I tried to check out, nobody at the front desk. Rang the bell and a man came from the back and said "Yes". I should have replied to him by saying, " and Good Morning to you". We will never stay there again.

Location: 5 star, walking distance to a mall with food court, close to PDX airport without flight noises. Front desk: friendly, good and responsive service, but not professional: no uniform / business outfit, always hiding in the back office. Lobby: filled with the smell of bleach, dark (lights are completely off during daytime), closed for breakfast(due to covid-19), some furniture are not in their places. The appearance is presenting not-in-business and not-welcoming message. Room: okay, acceptable if you don’t mind very old and scratched furniture. Light bulbs are of different shades (all work but feel cheap). TV, microwave oven, mini fridge and coffee makers are working fine. Mirrors are very clean. Fire escape instruction is not found behind the door, this is a safety concern. Bed: very comfortable, the sheets could use more bleach in laundry. Bathroom: shower curtain is clean, water is hot enough, has basic toiletries supplies - lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer (it is dusty, old stains on the handle), but toilet bowl has a funny black ring, may need replacement. Last paint job was lousy, should replace the electricity plates. Breakfast: the pack and go bag has a prepackaged tiny muffin, a stick of chewy bar, a fruit, and a bottle of water. You brew your own coffee in your room. It seems the management is struggling with budget to keep the normal hotel business standards (by Wyndham ….?)

This place is not worth the money or your time.. Driveway has huge potholes.. guy out there at 1am trying to shovel the loose gravel back into them.. Smells like mold and dirt. Doesn't look like they vacuum almost ever.. stairwells dirty and leaves on the steps.. *Gorgeous* view of a homeless camp next to the highway.. You got the vibe that no one was happy being there.. everybody put their do not disturb sign on their doorknob.. Website says Continental breakfast.. due to covid they have handout breakfast.. but I didn't even get that. Just stay somewhere else.

The hotel manager kicked me out because I had incurred booking problems. I wanted to extend my stay. I was 40 min late in booking she kicked me out
