Very easy access to the I5, with many food establishments nearby. Aside from the torn and dirty/stained curtains, the room was clean & bed comfy. The room that the elevator is in is kind of small so if someone was waiting and someone was getting off the elevator they were kind of stepping on each other, especially if either/both had luggage. The breakfast was ok but too bad it ended at 9am. On a holiday it would be nice to be able to sleep in a bit with the option of breakfast until 10am.

Positive: Cleanest and nicest pet friendly hotel I¿ve experienced in the last few years. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, hotel lobby felt like a lodge, grounds and landscaping were well maintained, comfortable room and a great breakfast. Negative: Parking was limited and the side doors weren¿t accessible with key cards as an entry point.

We’ll. I guess it depends on who you talk to. When we first got there (we’re there for 6 nights.) the tv wasn’t working. Asked the front desk for the channels. She could care less. Didn’t have any info on the channels and didn’t know about it. New service. Not updated at all. Room was clean. Pillows were like bricks. Breakfast was watered eggs. Yogurt was chobani. Yea. Bacon was like cardboard. Water was out for a day …. NO WATER .. I could go on …. When someone says have a nice day. You should at-least respond with the same or f u. Front desk should be inviting and kind , weather or not customers are happy.

Very positive experience staying here. Front desk staff, Cassidy, was so pleasant and helpful to this road weary traveler. Check in was quick. Bed was great. I like a firmer bed, and this was one of the best hotel beds in which I've ever slept. I'm so fed up with sub par hotels with sub par service. From now on this will be my go-to lodging when I'm in Vancouver, WA.
