Absolutely awful. Stayed here because of an insurance claim. Never again. First, they charged me the wrong amount for the security deposit ($350 instead of $100). When I brought this to their attention the front desk couldn't cancel the transaction and my card was already in their card reader. He claimed the transaction was "cancelled" and charged me AGAIN for the correct amount of $100. I look at my bank statement and both transactions were there. After getting hotel management involved and after contesting the charge with my bank I was finally able to get a refund hours later. That's before we even got to our room. Room was dirty. Dirt caked in the corners of the ceiling. Upstairs toilet clogged constantly. Upstairs bathroom shower hardly drained. Loud, obnoxious screaming from guests throughout all hours. Pool was slimey. The room service doesn't pick up the trash for days. Parking is awful, as half the spots are for compacts so if you have a full sized car good luck. Shampoo containers in the shower were never refilled.

Was Issued temporary residency here from our renters insurance, and so far... My catalytic converter was stolen. Found dried blood in numerous places on the walls. Room was not vacuumed, found several pieces of "questionable glass," all over the floor. Not a single lightbulb in ANY of the EIGHT lamps. Two of four chairs were broken, which were taken for "servicing" and have not been returned. Absolutely will not be staying here again. Customer service is sub-par. Only plus is they accept pets. I wont even suggest this place to an enemy.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was charged for my room on two separate cards and told this would be taken care of. I've been in contact with management multiple times as well as my bank and credit card company. It's now been a month of having a negative bank account and the other card is still pending almost $700. I was working with someone in management named Patrick. Come to find today that Patrick is "no longer with the company" and I'm now a sitting duck hoping day I'll receive a refund and the money released from my credit card. Apparently there is no manager on site and "sorry about that" is supposed to fix the financial mess they have created for my family.

We stayed here quite a few times a couple of years ago and we always liked it. However, today I booked a room and paid the $150 online through a booking company. When we arrived at the property to check in I was informed that because my card was a prepaid card she was unable to accept it for the security deposit. I let her know that we have been there before and used this same card with no problems and she informed me that the 6 prior times that we have stayed it was a mistake accepting my card. I offered to get cash for the deposit but, she said they don't accept cash. She did however, offer to call the booking company and inform them that she was willing to allow me to cancel my booking without any penalties. The booking company on the other hand is refusing to refund my money back to my card. They expect me to accept my money as credit to another one of their hotels. No thanks.

Most people will take cash, you just need enough money for when they want a credit card number.
