This branch office is awesome. Everything you'd want from convenience to really excellent service. The ladies here make rentals an easy thing. They're really great, they know their job very well and make sure I use all my discounts, more than that tho they're just really nice ppl :) 10/10 would recommend. 👍

UPDATE: They put me in a smaller vehicle and will get me in the correct vehicle later. At least they made a strong effort to help me get to work. I’m updating my rating. Thx for the effort. It is appreciated. —————————————— First they left me at the body shop by telling the driver she had only one pickup. Then they were suppose to have reserved vehicles but when I finally got there they had no cars. How do you schedule a reserved car and they don’t have cars on-site? Reserved cars should not be rented out. What is wrong with this company? Sorry your short staffed but what does that have to do with having reserved cars onsite? Walk in rentals should have to wait. Not reserved rentals.
