Love this clinic! Friendly staff, clean reception area and exam rooms. I was on the waiting list and was worried I wouldn’t get my cat in to be seen, but after I called to check where we were in line, I was told to check back in an hour. There was no need to, they called me back 30 min later and had a spot for us. Check In was easy, and waiting time was minimal. As always, Dr. Z was great. He checked Buster out, then told me he was a great cat and what the plan was for his treatment. When we were done I was waiting on hubby to bring me $ but he was stuck in traffic. The girl up front was super patient while I made a couple calls to get cash from a friend. A huge thank you to the staff and Dr.Z. You all took care of my furry buddy and put me at ease. Also found out that Dr.Z was leaving the clinic the next day. We will miss him and the care he gives to our four legged family members, and wish him nothing but the best!

I'm not sure if the name change came with new owners/management but years ago my puppy was on the brink of death and this vet charged me $800 for testing just to send us home with anti nausea meds. I ended up taking him to East padden where they figured out he had hair wrapped around his intestines. They fixed him up perfectly after emergency surgery. Once the trauma of all this passed I made several calls and emails to get his records and x-rays they took (that apparently didn't show his 1 foot of dead intestines) they were terribly rude and just ended up ignoring my reaching out, leaving me empty handed. The way they acted after made me wonder if they even actually did the x-rays they charged me for. I'm writing this to warn pet parents if they still have the same people running this because I couldn't find any information on if it was just a name change (to erase bad press) or a full reform. If it was a complete change of management I will delete this.

This clinic exemplifies the care and skills you expect for your beloved pets. The staff is compassionate, articulate and thoughtful, relieving any questions or anxiety in addressing your concerns. The "Doc" couldn't have been better and equally exhibited the professional and kind demeanor you hope to encounter. I received multiple pre surgery and post surgery contact and follow-up, far more than I experienced from my own medical care team. The location is easy to find, plenty of parking, and immaculate inside, decorated with humorous wall art, and social messages reflecting this clinics ethos of goodwill towards all, particularly our "best friends".

Had a great experience for a very first time visit. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The paperwork was very quick and easy, they were very clear on wait time for the walk in visit. The office was clean and organized with tons of food options for my furry friend. There’s a little tv with animal planet playing for my kiddos while we wait. Really good artwork in waiting room too. Clean bathroom was a bonus, and right next door to grocery store and Starbucks. Yes! The treatment was quick and expectations were set with treatment plan. Very profession doctor and my doggie loved him and his team! We will be back when needed. Thank you for a very convenient and easy experience!

I'm sorry that your pet needs to be put down 😥 However, Three Creeks does not make appointments. Before covid, they used to be first come, first served. Now they at a clip board outside at 8am, and once all of the slots are filled for the day, they won't accept any more patients for the day. (I find this to be very frustrating)
They do take many types of pet insurance as well as care credit which you can apply for in their office.
