They were very kind, well they kind of have to be when they manipulate you into owing hundreds of dollars. I came here for my adopted kitty who was very sick. Before banfield i thought my kitty was 10yrs younger than she was, always a very tiny girl. They knew she was dying and manipulated me when i was at my worst into signing up for “wellness plan” and now after she’s passed, i owe them still HUNDREDS. Yup doesn’t cancel after your baby dies. Since I started it in person with the receptionist, she didn’t explain any of that at the time. Will never trust vets again, thanks banfield.
