We found the Floor Coverings International of Vancouver, Inc. easy to deal with, they didn't play any sale games or require other competitors quotes to give us a fair price for a good quality carpet. Fast, friendly and professional installation in one day. Would definitely recommend them for flooring needs.

We enjoyed the representative who came to our home to show us samples. He was excellent at leading us through the options, the pros and cons of different choices. He helped us find a quality choice within our budget. We felt we had enough info to make an informed decision which made us feel confident. The team who came to install were so quick, clean, careful in moving and replacing furniture. We were able to do the complete living space in two sessions so we could have time to prepare and pack up loose items. The finished product looks great.

I got two quotes and the prices were very comparable, but the reason I chose this company because of their professionalism. My husband and I agreed right away that they stood out. The sales rep, Tyler, brought me a wide selection of wood samples, but I did not really like any of them. I explained why and what I like, and few days later he brought me the one I loved. He payed attention what I said and he got it. He is always respectful. He lets me take my time to make a decision.

I first met FCI at the Vancouver Brew Fest but we were not ready to purchase just yet. I kept their card and we called a few weeks ago to chat about flooring. Tyler came out and showed us all the options and we signed on the spot. We had considered Home Depot or buying the floor on our own and having a handyman install it but I really liked the full service and customer support that FCI provided. Financing was super easy and so was the installation. They did it all in one day we we love our luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Why do u at flooring int. Have flooring installers do your plumbing work .when it is illegal by state law to have anybody but a plumber do it .could it be because you only pay 35.00 for r and r toilets. So no plumber will touch them .you can't guaran

This is an argumentative type of question. I question why Floor Coverings International would use this model.

We are going to have solid wood floors installed in our Washougal, WA home. What advantage do I have by using Floor Coverings International, a franchise of a large corporation, versus a local business with it's own installers?
