I had a like new camper (PERFECT CONDITION) to bring into their park and they rejected it without seeing it based on its year of manufacture, WHILE ALLOWING SEVERAL LONG TERM PEOPLE TO STAY IN SCRAP METAL JUNK PILES, CURRENTLY PARKED ON THEIR LOT. STILL.

I don't really know the answer to that 100% ,but I don't think so. You'd want to contact Nita the property manager for milestone properties. She is awesome and could tell you everything you need to know.
