I was harassed today by Allen, Bought two oyster dinners the oysters were burnt and flat looked like fish instead of oysters and when I broke apart some of the oysters it was nothing but bread when I tried to bring the food back in its original packages untouched he told me no refund when the sign clearly says I can get a refund if it’s in original Packaging he proceeded to argue with me up and down about my hard earn money still did not get my money back offer more food and messed up My order again at this point I was highly angry you guys have lost a long time customer due to the unprofessional employees you guys have working also take down the sign of the refunds because I still want my money back this was so Wrong I even got sick on the way home after having to take the meal home anyways highly do not recommend!!!!

No. But the place is very big. Even on Valentines Day we only waited 10minutes

I'm not sure about online orders because we always eat their. Service is always pretty fast. One thing I've learned is if you go online to somebody's web site and it doesn't show a to go orders section, well!! Then they dont. I no for sure they dont do reservations. Anyways the food is really good but depends on what you order (Oyster-Shimp) and the time of the year.
