My total was $11.93. I wanted to get rid of my small change so I gave the cashier $12.18 (that way I get a quarter back). Cashier looked at the change in confusion and gave it back to me saying that it was wrong. I explained the math but he still refused.

I’m not sure what the training requirements are to become an overnight worker at Jack-in-the Box. I’ve never met someone so incompetent at their job. The person taking orders at 4am can barely speak English and what made me the most livid was the fact that he made me wait 25 minutes at the drive thru for no apparent reason. I got angry and asked what the issue is and his simpleton response was “the person ahead of you has a big order.” Ok? So how is that preventing you from taking MY order. Secondly, if you claim to be open 24 hours.. maybe stay open 24 hours? Multiple times I’ve gone around 3am only to be met with the most disrespectful tone from the same Indian employee saying, “we’re closed.” When i asked when they’ll open up again, he said “not now.” This is absolutely unacceptable and this individual needs to be fired. Don’t even get me started on the wait times for simple food orders. You lost my business.

Im not sure. I always go drive thru, alot of places have their doors open for walk ins. Try calling the restaurant to be sure.
