For new tenants: If you’re looking to live here do it! Is it pricey sure, but what makes up for it (other than location) is the wonderful leasing office staff! They are so attentive, kind, and committed to help you have the best experience. I want to give a huge shout out to the leasing manager Desiree. Desiree answered every single one of my calls, communicated effectively, and gave me the best tour. When I was anxious about the move she comforted my nerves and even shared insight on other possible locations. I ended up selecting VUE22 as my final choice and I’m so excited to move in this summer!!!

This place is horrible. The elevators are always out of order. I have a buddy that stays here as well and he informed me that there was no hot water in his building for weeks. Management is trash. The property manager, Todd, is hardly in the office. It's not hard to tell that he has no leadership skills. On top of the fact that there is a revolving door of different employees. Seriously considering breaking my lease. I advise anyone looking for a new home to bypass this place. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!

The apartments are great! Even in the thick of winter, there seems to be enough light in the apartment thanks to the massive windows and bright white paint. The apartment management is extremely helpful. Hauie and Todd are very prompt and understanding. The building maintenance staff is awesome! They’ll respond to maintenance requests within a few minutes. (Although a couple other members of the leasing office have been rude/passive-aggressive with me while interacting. This would be the only critic for the entire community). Very happy with Vue22 so far.

What an utterly mismanaged community ever since MG Properties took over. They have enormously botched up the rents of the apartment, not to mention; the utility is almost double of what they mention at the time of signing. The elevators are generally down for more than 10 days at a stretch (and counting), and it becomes absolute disaster for someone with heart disease (cardiac issues) to climb up 6 floors (always be prepared to have 911 on standby if you plan to reside in this community). The walls have no sound proofing and people staying in the community train their dogs on the deck. All in all, not a community to get value for your buck. Stay away!
