TLDR: Nice place to live, but expect to get it handed to you when they know you won’t be giving them a monthly cheque. The Good: Building generally well maintained. A heavily damaged door frame to the elevator area was left broken for months. The Bad: 90% of calls to the office are unanswered, emails are ignored or takes weeks for a response, and Dustin (building manager) never returns calls. Cerasa won a top Greystar property award. *shurgs* The Ugly: Penny pinchers. They will increase rents as much as they can when times are good, and when rent plummets during the pandemic, discussing decreases at the end of lease is like a bad joke. On to move out fees. My apartment was spotless when I moved out - chrome was shiny, fridge as clean as new, bathroom sparkling, all wall trims cleaned, etc. Charged cleaning fees. Brendon (Greystar Receivables) says "It's in the contract", "I don't have any authority" with fingers pointed at the property; property says it’s with Receivables. Nobody to talk to; nobody with whom to dispute. He then goes on to passively aggressively threaten to send my bill to collections. With a snake oil company like this, it's no wonder I get mail about a class action lawsuit against Greystar. (FYI, I paid the bill.) Find elsewhere to live if you can. Update: Usual "new management" deflection tactic strikes again. Response contradicts reality as I was told move out inspections with me present were not available during covid.

I lived here for about 1.5 years and just moved out last month. Cerasa doesn't care about its tenants, apparently. Two examples: 1. I closed my PSE account 1 week after I moved out, so I got charged for electricity that I didn't consume. I contacted PSE and was told that as long as Cerasa gives them the permission, I could get a refreshed closing bill up to the date I moved out, and Cerasa would pay the bill after I moved out. However, Cerasa refused to do it, even though I asked very politely. In fact, I almost begged. I couldn't believe they're so cheap. 2. I reached out to Cerasa for help because of extremely loud noise from the south side where there're Office Depot and PetSmart's big commercial trash bins. Trash trucks would clear those bins multiple times per night, and multiple nights per week. Cerasa said they had no control over it and asked me to contact the city myself. I had to wear ear plugs every Sun, Tue and Thur night to avoid being woken up by loud metal collision noise 1-5am. I lived on the 6th floor so I'm sure most tenants facing the south side (which are half of us) suffer from the same noise issue.

Great Apartment but not for EV owners First lets talk about great things about this apartment. Leasing office in this apartment is fantastic. Erik is always smiling, welcoming, professional and always on task. I have to applaud the management as well for retaining such a good talent. Building location is great. Easy access to 405 and close to Bellevue square. Apartment is also maintained cleanly. They give enough heads up before any maintenance etc., As this apartment was built recently, it is almost like new. I have stayed in this apartment for more than 2 years. I found this apartment to be safe that too for a building in downtown. Now lets talk about not so good things about this apartment. If you own an EV, I would recommend you go somewhere else. There are 2 charging stations but only 1 was working and that would have issues regularly as well. Almost more than a month ago, both the charging stations stopped working and I have been charging my car in the buildings around my apartment. As you know, in this PNW weather it is a hassle and you also pay that building parking fee. I spoke to other EV owners they ask for status regularly as well but there is no solution in sight. If they keep doing this, I may not renew my lease. Some apartments have AC ports and some dont. So chose an apartment with AC port so that you can have a comfortable summer.

not happy ! I paid around 1000$ for move out penalty for a studio apartment. When I was in adagio apartment earlier in two bedroom , i was not even charged 1/3rd of it. First time in my US stay experience I paid lot of money for moving out. I don’t want any response from Cerasa. Do not respond to my comment. As a resident I think I have rights to voice out to public about what my renting experience with Cerasa. I saw most of the other comments as well who has been charged a lot when move out. 1000$ is more for a studio apt to be charged for move out when there is no damage and when I did with professional cleaning —— no matter what you clean, they have bigger number to charge you so better resident don’t waste time in cleaning up or going with professional cleaning. Prepared to pay money when you move out…. They are better good top end communities in Bellevue downtown who had better quality resident experiences for the way too less they afford than me…….
