Our firm/s hired multiple temp & temp to hire positions from Kelly within last year. Each associate we were given quit on Kelly Services which impacted our business. When learning the Managers and Senior Managers of Kelly in the W WA market would not address our concerns we were left no options but to hire the staff ourselves after paying Kelly's full rates. Upon escalating these concerns all Kelly members ultimately avoided the 6mths+ of issues and did not find replacements for the staff members after they assured us they would. (they are contractually obligated to replace the hire) For a publicly traded company, the Seattle team makes this company appear as a publicly traded laughing stock.

Adam Day has routinely placed me in positions that not only payed fairly, but were jobs that didn't suck. Unlike other agencies I have worked for, Kelly does things like make sure that contracts include additional pay on holidays, one site I worked paid double time if I worked the 7th day of the week. I've been offered full time positions multiple times through Kelly, thpugt I didn't have adequate transportation to accept them. When I've declined positions I haven't been penalized and am still offered other jobs, because when I accept positions I show up, on time, and work hard. They take interest in placing the cotrecc people in the correct position because it is mutually beneficial.
