Condescending employees accosted multiple customers when I was in line here. Three employees were helping one customer who just needed a drop off confirmation for 15 minutes. Ended up leaving even though I was next in line because no one would assist with my delivery. Totally understand that the UPS store is managed separately from UPS. I am going to avoid this store and go to a different one. Edit: In response to the owner: It had nothing to do with mask rules - unsure where you are getting that assumption from?

The staff here are extremely friendly, helpful, & quick! This is easily my favorite UPS location. Plus, they sometimes have a beautiful dog hanging out in the store which always brightens my day <3

I am a regular customer at this location, the inflated prices for basic service has increased greatly. I was told that I couldn't use a UPS box and had to buy one of their boxes. I made choice to purchase their because I knew I couldn't mail my package until next week if couldn't mail at time I was in store. Totally not right!

I wish I could give 10 stars! These people are the best! Always kind and cheerful and even during covid and the Christmas crazy it was a fast, safe, and positive experience. All my packages get to their destinations on time. Plus Dasher the shop dog!!! 🐾❤️ Thank you so much! You guys will always be my go-to shipping, mailing, funny greeting card place. 🤩👍🎉
