There isn't a well marked entrance because it's not an actual trailhead. Your technically just crossing Howd Road on a section of the New England Trail. There are well marked entrances on either 17 or 68 but it's a pretty lengthy hike if you pick up at either of those spots. Take some time and look for a blue marker and you'll find it. It's absolutely worth searching for.
Theres no actual campground, but it's part of the NET so you can stealth camp.
