The entire Greater family health care system needs to address their commitment and goals in regards to showing empathy and compassion to their patients. From the receptionist all the way to the top. The doctors could care less about who you are as a human being and show you just that!! They don’t take the time to listen and truly hear what it is you’re experiencing. The doctor that saw my wife today came in and did not hear a thing my wife was trying to explain to her. She parroted the same line over and over again without any since of understanding as to what my wife has been through. These people do not care and if you’re looking to build a physician patient relationship, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Even if it means going further out of your way. You’ll be much better off. Should be 0 stars

The front receptionist just one of them was so rude with my wife, she trow the appointment papers to the floor intentionally, unfortunately we we don't see any security cameras to report the act. We don't know her name to post it or reported what a unprofessional person unbelievable..10/15/2022

Greater Family Health offers women everything from free family planning and pregnancy tests to deliveries at five area hospitals, as well as on-site ultrasounds, Pap tests and colposcopy services. Hello Cecy, We do not offer orthodontic services, but if you make an appointment with one of our dentists you can request a referral. You can access our dental services, even if you don't have dental insurance. You can call 847-608-1344 to make an appointment.
