Don was amazing! His work is like a piece of art! We are so pleased with his work, that I can’t even begin to tell everyone how happy we are! He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he cleaned up like I would have cleaned up, Ben our sales rep was just as easy pleasurable to work with he listened to us ! I cannot say enough good things about Majestic Distributing. Wonderful company. Excellent customer service. I originally went with Southwest Fireplace as they were located very close to my residence. Southwest Fireplace resulted in a 2 year horrifying experience, incorrect install, and I was forced to go after Southwest Fireplace's bond & insurance (successfully) I reached out to Hearth&Homes who recommended I go to Majestic Distributing. I met Kevin who appropriately addressed my needs and gave me recommendations for my home and my fireplace. Unfortunately there was a bad part on delivery which was no fault of Kevin's or Majestic Distributing. Kevin immediately sent out his tech Randy who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My insert was completed and working properly!! I cannot recommend Majestic Distributing enough, 5 Stars !!! I will be sending all family, friends, and others from the south suburbs to travel to a company that actually cares about their customers. Thanks again !!

Two technicians came Randy and I apologize but I forgot the other technicians name. They did a great job checking and inspecting my fireplace. It was my first time to have the fireplace checked and inspected after a long time. Randy gave me recommendations on what and what not to do. I appreciate the punctuality, professionalism and the work they did to my fireplace. Thank you for excellent service.

Hi Cindy, Unfortunately, that is pretty far beyond our service area. We service the 11 county area of Chicagoland and don’t go much past the boarder in Wisconsin.

Hi Michael. The DSR42 was a radiant unit so unfortunately it does not have a circulation chamber for the fan to go in. So there is no fan available for that fireplace.
Hi Ronald. Thanks for reaching out. Might be a dirty pilot head that would need to be cleaned out or it could be that the thermocouple does not generate enough voltage to allow the pilot to stay lit. It could also be that the valve has too much resistance to allow the pilot portion of the valve to stay open. Hi Lou, At this point there would be no factory supplied doors available so you would need to go with an after market door manufacturer. If you could supply me with the model number of the fireplace (on Majestic units, the rating plate is typically inside the firebox above the brick on the right side) I could find out what rear panel the unit took. Thanks!
Call Majestic with the model number they will tell you what to do. Mine doesn't have the blower but even with out it makes the room warm. :)
