This is a nice complex. Kids are happy here. That's a huge thing. Staff is excellent both inside the office and on the grounds. Its so hard to find a complex so family friendly.

I'm living here for five years everything was fine but from three months my neighbor started making loud music at night after 10 pm . I complained to the office so many times , but no response from them . Because of the loud sound I can't sleep I have to take sleeping medicine every night I request them to move the neighbor to the different unit or myself but they are not ready . Very unprofessional all the staff in the office especially manager. She is very rude and arrogant. Doesn't behave good. , they are doing nothing in three months . only I have to say thank you so much for doing nothing .God Bless them . If there is option for NEGATIVE 5 STARS I'm ready to give them .I want to see how the owner respond for this message ????

I have lived in Kendall Ridge for 2 years. I recently went to the office to get information about putting my notice to move due to my job transfer. All office staff is very helpful, nice and very welcoming. I will return to rent here if my job transfers me back to this area. Manager provided me with all details about how to put in notice. She gave me full details and a list on how to best return the apartment upon my move out. She mention to me that they take pictures when I move out for proof of repairs and damages. I think is good idea. Over all I had a very nice experience living here, it’s close to stores and very convenient to my job. Even though it is an older apartments, they are well taken care of and when I enter a complaint, maintenance man take care of things very quick. Office has events for the residents and they are very nice, food is always good. I read some of the reviews before I moved in 2years back and they are no true. Everyone has their own options, you have to experience it for your self. Don’t always believe angry people.
