Every time I dine in at this location I get the friendliest and helpful staff. They always greet my kiddos and myself with smiles and are always going above to help with what we need. The kiddos love the play place, not much for tots but the climbers love it.

Can someone explain to me how it takes 45 mins to get 7 cars thru the drive-thru at 10 pm on a Wednesday? I mean If you didn't have 3 employees hanging around outside and 4 hanging out in the back office with cell phones Maybe you could help paying customers ... So I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, and these were the 2 cheeseburgers that apparently were acceptable for a meal. Get home to eat and I got a slice of cheese smothered in mustard and ketchup... where the hell my burger is, no clue.

The guy taking orders tonight was rude. When I'd say what I would like to order, he would cut me off an say "what else" then at the window we were given a ripped bag that tore the rest of the way in the car. AND we ordered nuggets, and the new Saweety meal and were given NO SAUCES although I was asked 3 times which sauces I wanted, AND I asked when I was handed the bag, if the sauces were in the bag. AND there was mustard smeared all over the wrappers and pie boxes My burger had burnt charcoal edges and the big mack that was ordered with Xtra pickles. Had 1 pickle.
