Completed order and used Apple Pay as payment. My family member was at the store. App would not generate an order number, and store wouldnt honor the order because my phone wasnt at the store. We wasted 30 minutes of our time just to leave empty handed as the employees could not figure out how to remedy the problem. The entire point was to save time and get a quick meal ordered ahead for my family. This is a negative McDonalds Experience all the way around from the app to the poor customer service from the employees and lack of service recovery. I currently have over 12000 points, and they had no viable solution for this problem.

I ordered a bacon quarter pounder and they forgot the bacon. The only reason I went back is because this is the second time this has happened. When I asked them to please remake it they remade it incorrectly. After the third time they corrected it. I’m home and my fries are ice cold and my drink is melted from waiting for my burger to be corrected. I’m annoyed just because I was super nice thinking it would benefit me. Nope now I’m just irritated and wished I went off. Wasted gas, time and my food that I paid for is cold. And the “corrected” burger they gave… the cheese wasn’t melted. That’s my last time there.

Brianna the manager at this location was very rude. I called to speak with a manager to discuss why all 4 of our fries had brown spots all over them. Brianna explained “because we haven’t been able to change our oil” I was appalled. Who serves that to their customers? One star because her communication skills are poor. All I asked was if I could save my receipt and get a refund at a later time. I explained I was tired after a long day of work and didn’t want to drive back out there tonight. No apology and no other options were provided to fix the problem. Definitely doesn’t deserve a lead position.

Well we haven’t even gotten our food yet and are grossed out. The restaurant smells, the tables are filthy. The soda fountain area is disgusting, the floor is covered in food and trash and don’t get me started on the fact that my kid can’t even go to the bathroom because the one operational stall is something I can’t describe. Will not eat here again. How can employees stand around when the place looks this way.
