Best Wendy's location around hands down for years now. Last night we got our food, and had an excellent experience. The guy who was working showed phenomenal customer service. He was very friendly, fast, and appreciated. No messed up order here. No forgotten items either. Our food was the best I had had at Wendy's, or most fast-food places (especially around here). It tasted so good we were shocked. The cooks made it fresh and cooked it perfectly. It hadn't been sitting there or overcooked like most places. This location is our favorite. I love to grab this when we had a long day, and it's late. This place definitely beats the rest on how quick, tasty, and budget friendly it is. Definitely reccomend. Other places don't compare to the $5 bag. It can feed a family cheaper, without compromising quality or flavor. Quality service and food are rare these days. ☆ ♡10/10♡ ☆

This Wendy's drive-thru is the slowest in town. At 9 at night I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 25 minutes. And they didn't get my order right. One poor guy waited at the window to give his order for two Lemonade's for 10 minutes. Heaven forbid their out of something because then you just have to stay in the line until you can get out. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.

If I can give zero I would. We ordered a meal for $10 and then the fries were ice cold. We asked for new ones and all of a sudden the fryer was down. They were seriously rude about it and we had to go through 3 teenage girls before actually getting to a Manger who also looked and acted like a teenager. We asked for a refund and she said she could but we would have to give all out food back. I've seen bad customer service but they were seriously bad. They were literally yelling at us not to raise our voice when they were raising theirs first. Honestly we had a reason to. When I got home my sons nuggets were cold too and we live right down the street. We went here at night time around 10pm on 3/12 so whoever was the manager needs to be fired. I will be calling corporate and I will be recording next time I go through that drive through.
