This is the 2nd time in 2 years I’ve been sick and went to this location both times they’re amazing! Very prompt with their time I was in an out in about an hour & a half as a walk-in, which is unheard of to me!? It’s very affordable which I was happy with because I have no health insurance & I’m a single mother of 2. Everyone was professional, kind, yet down to earth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They definitely know what they’re doing, I also loved how patient they were with any questions I had. I didn’t feel as though I was bothering them or being rushed like a lot of urgent cares tend to be. Extremely happy patient right here :) Thank You!

I was recently seen at the Banner Urgent Care Clinic located at Bell & Reems in Surprise. I was greeted at the front desk and promptly checked in. I was a "walk-in" and expected to have a wait, but was taken to an exam room within about 10 minutes of arrival. Adam took the medical information that was needed for the provider. He was prompt, efficient, and caring. It was just a few minutes before the provider (Carol) entered. She had already reviewed my information and was knowledgeable about my issue and ready to discuss. I told her what was going on. She asked me questions, and then examined me. Next she explained the course of treatment; and what I should expect. It has been a few days since my visit to this clinic. The treatment prescribed was spot on and I am much better. A big "THANK YOU" to each and every one of the staff at this clinic and for the professional care that I received.

Everything was easy and friendly from checking in online to being greeted through the doors. The gentleman who took us back was incredibly nice and so was Carol the nurse practitioner. Definitely one of the best experiences ever at an urgent care.

We walked in when they opened. So did about 10 others. We were seen in less than an hour. ALL staff were fantastic. Christine was so compassionate and kind. She could tell I was feeling awful. Angela Day, NP was fantastic, as well. It's wonderful to have an Urgent Care so close to home which provides such excellent care. Thank you, ladies!

I think you would have to go to an ent for that, a lot of urgent cares are either only doing really serious things or covid testing right now.
Hello, This location specifically is not administering the COVID Vaccine. Respective state and county health departments are leading the COVD-19 vaccination efforts. Banner Health will participate in this process by administering the vaccine at several Banner locations. Qualifications for each phase are determined by your state and county health departments. Please visit your state or county health department website or contact them directly to learn what phase they are in and how you can schedule a vaccine appointment.

No they do not. They will send the rx to your preferred pharmacy.
Oh wow that's very sad I hope you get well soon but report who was rude to because you are a patient that deserve the best care and that what banner advises. There are some nasty folks and rarely do you find a good person to provide good customer service .
I personally have not had an ultrasound done here so I'm not sure if they offer this service. Most urgent cares don't have that equipment.
