Worst urgent care in the valley thus far. Front office person made me state what I was there for out loud a violation of my privacy (hipaa) as well as the person that came after me. I’m assuming trying to rule out Covid but I also knew the person after me needed an abscess looked at and his new address unprofessional uninviting. The dr didn’t palpitate my abdomen at all she was very stand-offish. I was in awful pain they fought me on having two days off a couple days of work. I am the patient I know when I need rest especially if it’s 115 outside I’m severely dehydrated and I have a bladder infection. It took over 3 days to get results and they only called me once never tried again I ended up going to a different urgent care for a second opinion because this visit was a huge waste of time. I received a bill for a test I never consented for on my urine as well the list goes on! please go somewhere else anywhere else!
