But I am constantly having trouble with my Wi-Fi they brag about it being so great and told me how to reset it and I'm constantly resetting my Wi-Fi all the time it works for a day or two and I have to reset it again besides that their price is very high especially for senior citizens in Sun City that cannot afford those prices.

My service often shuts off in the middle of the night. Today they had some sort of surge that blew out 4 of my outlets. Two were directly connected and 2 must have been end one from the direct contact ones. I wish I could get TMobile but Cox gets to monopolize areas. Some real competition would mean they need to improve services.

Yes, disconnect all equipment and take to store with all remotes and any equipment belonging to Cox minus any cables that you have purchased.

I have had the same issue with them ! They are the worst people to deal with. I went to Goodyear last year when I lived in Goodyear, and they were very nice and knowledgeable.
I believe due to staff shortages, many businesses have changed there time schedule. It's not just in our area but all over.

Yes, I have changed my cable box and the last visit change my modem.
Yes you can. You can return any of their equipment and get a receipt after they check it off in the system. I recently returned some equipment after receiving newer boxes and panoramic wifi and the gentleman said if I had any other electronics I wanted to recycle bring them also. I had a couple routers and remotes I took in with their equipment.
It all depends on what package you get and ask them what is the going deal for that package.

Your modern is a box hooked to the back of your tv. Or where your wifi comes into the house. When your tv or internet are going through it it will have blue flickering lights.

Maybe, depending on the problem. And how long you are willing to wait. This is a VERY busy store. When we went there the last time, there were 20 in line ahead of us. The techs are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Well they have a basic cable box that gives you a good amount of channels i have that in the bedrooms and it works out. They also have the contour box that has more channels (depending on your package) & capabilities like netflix or talking into the remote to talk to it. So it depends on your preferences and needs
