I will never go to this emergency room again!!! When in on May 2022 with stomach pain! The nurse came in and checked me out and gave me an ultrasound.I was in the bathroom and they told my daughter that everything was good! they gave me some medication at the emergency room later on in the night I felt even more worse than I did when I went in I’m not sure what they gave me! Now they are charge me with all kinds of bills. Been calling to try to find out what I owe and then just give me the runaround!!!

I went in yesterday for some severe pains I was having. The whole experience was honestly pretty incredible. The front desk people were great and let me take a seat while they were doing the check in process because my pain was too bad to stand. I was back in a room in probably less than 5 minutes after I checked in. I saw a nurse immediately and right behind her was the attending doctor. They did their exam right on the spot, ordered some tests and ultrasound. The ultrasound also happened almost immediately after the exam was done and the ultrasound tech was fantastic. We had some nice conversation which helped take my mind off the pain. Total time, I was in and out with a diagnosis and meds in less than 2 hours. I was truly astonished at how well the whole visit went.

The best hospital visit I’ve ever had in AZ. Check in and was seen within 5 minutes all test were ran and results back all in a hour or so.

I was in extreme pain and went to the Surprise emergency facility on 303 and Bell road on 9/2/22 at 8:00 a.m. The physician on call came in and was extremely arrogant and rude and began to discuss my medical history in front of my co-worker that took me to the emergency room. His lack of confidentially of my condition and not discussing my reason why I was at the facility was unprofessional and lack of any consideration. Further, he did not exam me or discuss the situation and said to me "WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE YOUR TYPE OF CONDITION". and proceeded to say “all I can give you is pain meds and steroids” without discussing my complaint as to why I came to the emergency room. During that conversation, I interrupted him by saying you have no business discussing my previous medical issues in front of my co-worker and his reply was you didn't ask her to leave and I said neither did you, you just proceeded to discuss my medical chart without my permission. His perseverance to violate my personal information (HIPPA) and the lack of his regard for my severe pain was unconscionable. He stormed out of the room and said to me I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY MEDS AT ALL and took off. Consequently, he did not treat me and I was stuck trying to wheel myself out without any assistance. I am so furious with this, and I WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY SERVICES. Abrazo better do something with this facility because you have numerous complaints posted on the web and I will do the same. I would go to Sun City first if I needed emergency care not this place.
