if this is for your proof of address, they only allow one from a government source I believe. They are strict as it is not controlled by the individual MVC and at the state level. You would have to talk to DMV to get info. It might even be a Federal thing where they only allow specific documents.

I can't recall, as we were focused on getting first-time licenses. I can tell you I went to Tom's River first and did not return because the greeters at Freehold were way more helpful and quite articulate in explaining proper procedures. I definitely recommend Freehold!

Not all services will be accepted upon showing up in person. If services are listed online you'll be recommended to keep trying. Only few services such as student driver or submission of documents from previous appointments or dropping away NJ plates or inquiries will be honored in person. I do not believe appointments for permits are available at any of the DMV locations. You may have to visit a DMV location that does permits in person. Go early and get a ticket in order to get inside.

You have to go very early morning to get ticket to go inside and start your license process. They only give 30 ticket per day and people start the line from 6:00am to get it. I advise go early or find bigger DMV for more ticket availability and also you have to got early too.

NO. You do not need to go to the DMV facility if you were able to renew online. The new registration should come to you in the mail within 30 days. When you renewed online it should've given you a confirmation to print out to carry temporarily until the actual registration arrives.

You can check on website like the info below, but make sure they are doing what you need. Last time I went they were only doing licenses. Other dmvs are doing different things so just be sure before you go and waste time. I seen alot of angry people leaving there cause freehold does not do certain things right now.

No. Proof of address cannot be 'replaced' in such a manner. Mail from 401k or your job won't cut it either. Utility or credit card bill (max 90 days), bank statement (max 60 days), lease or rental agreement, property tax bill, any mail from IRS or state tax office from the past year ----> these are your options.

When I visited on a Thursday I arrived at 5:45am and was number 46 on line; I presume it will be worse on weekends so I'd get there by 5 if I really needed to get my license renewed. They only processed 100 people on the day I visited and I believe the line was longer than that by 7am if not earlier. Bring a book or other entertainment and a collapsible chair. If you also bring coffee there is an external (portable) restroom available.

You need to bring 6 points of ID. One of which must be a primary, such as a birth certificate, password or active military ID. That's worth 4 points, then your Maryland DLis worth 1 point. And for the last point, if you have a debit card, social security card or health insurance card, that would give you the last point. For the address proof, you need a bill that has your name and address and that is within 90 days. If your Maryland DL is commercial.
