My experience is parts and service related..too much to detail but basically in service on multiple days for a few different vehicles I would call and nobody would answer and would get sent to a voicemailbox that is full..I started calling over to sales and after a few tries the sales person would walk over to service and have some pick up phone..only to get a appointment for Saturday where only Subaru techs were only available and I have a ram so the only thing I could get done was oil change..other times I would call and get a date and would show up and they would say I didn't have a appointment..I could go on but beating a dead horse..parts guys seem like they don't want to be bothered..don't waste your time

Had a really pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle from here. Everyone was very professional, and the salesman Nicholas was helpful throughout the process. They allowed me to take the car for a lengthy test drive and a thorough inspection by an outside mechanic. Also, unlike other dealerships that I tried, they were straightforward about the fees which were quite low. Finally, there seems to be little room for negotiation, which is fair given that the prices are reasonable and the fees are low. Overall would recommend!

They have a night drop box by that service entrance to drop yours keys
Each used vehicle has a different warranty. It depends on year and miles. Some vehicles have up to a 100,000-mile warranty, and others are sold as-is.
