I found a beautiful and good quality wedding dress at a reasonable price at David’s bridal. I needed a few alterations, which the team at David’s Bridal was able to do for me as well. Vera did my fitting and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in giving me guidance and information about the options we could choose to make my dress fit perfectly. The alterations were completed by Alexa and were really perfect - everything looked and fit great for my wedding day!

I went into David's Bridal having already paid for half of a chosen dress at another shop. Unfortunately, I also signed a contract that allows no refunds after the deposit (which was 60% of the cost). I had seen some dresses at David's online and called to make an appointment, because I just wasn't sure about my prior purchase. Rain was my assistant. I told her the back story and she brought out a handful of dresses, 2 being ones I almost chose. The next day, I had to go back in a second time and try them again, because this time, I have a friend to look with me. Rain was very understanding and made my experience feel easy. Thank you Rain. Highly recommended ;)

Amazing experience. They were quite busy, but Kate was so friendly and helpful in finding me the perfect dress for my friend's wedding. Dress shopping isn't exactly fun when you are larger but she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Vera the seamstress was amazing! I needed a hem within a week and she was all over it. She visited with me while taking measurements and was just wonderful to work with. Will definitely come back for any of my formal needs!

Go anywhere but here!!! Gave budget for dress. Sales lady pulled one that way above budget, I told her no, to expensive. She told me with the sales and diamond membership it would be within my budget. My daughter loved it but wanted to try on another at which point we were told our hour was up and she couldn't try on anymore....so they expect you to find your dress in one hour...not realistic at all and that is horrible service. We asked for the dress to be held as daughter wanted to check another store. Ended up going back to the dress from David's. Called them to pay for it and not only was the dress not held - they had been letting people try it on but the price was not what I was told. Manager said must have been miscommunication. No. Was flat out lied to about price to make a sale as they know damn well as a Mom I'm not going to tell my daughter no. It's not her fault I was lied to. Ended up way past budget and had to wait for them to order dress ....they wanted to sell me the dirty one for full price. If my daughters wedding wasn't in February there is no way I'd have gone through with getting this dress. I emailed corporate and got zero response. Customer service us flat out horrible and they lie. Go anywhere but here !!!! And, I waited until we have dress in hand before doing review as I literally didn't trust they wouldn't screw with us or the dress. This was the Kennewick store.
