The right hand dont share with the left hand, some of the staff is also afraid to admit they were wrong, or a mistake was made, and the patient is the one who pays the price. I dont understand the attitudes @k

I have pretty good success with my visits. My wait is usually no more than 20 minutes with an appointment. Check in is easy at the kiosk. If the kiosk is broken the agents are more than happy to assist.

Not from the you would have order them through the records department in St.Louis

had an appointment on monday the 2nd of december -checked in at 12;15 or close to that time --sat till 1'20 pm finally asked if there was a problem that i have not been seen -was told i was a no show --do i look like i;m not here --wasted time

When you got there you have to check in at the front desk or kiosk once that's done if you are waiting more than 20minutes you have to tell them

My father is a veteran who is coming to visit me here in Illinois. He is coming from Idaho. My question is- how can I get him an oxygen tank for when he is visiting me here? He cant take that on the plane with him.
