Disappointed. Went to get my sons haircut since they say they take walk-ins. We were the first on the list, didn’t think they wait would be that long. 5 barbers finished with their client and not one of them helped us. They took their time cleaning their stations and then just walked out. We waited for at least a half hour. The waiting is not the issue, the no communication is the problem. ( I don’t mind waiting, expected it being a walk-in). Not one person communicated anything to us. Even when we got up to leave, not one person said anything.Very poor customer service.

Went in looking like sasquatch and Angel did his magic trick and cleaned up the disaster beard and hair. Went home and my wife couldn't stop telling me how good I looked. That hasn't happened since that time I cleaned the house.

I go to Trendsetters every two weeks and I’m never disappointed. I see Miguel and Angel. Those two are amazing and do a great job. They have over 10 years of barber experience. I go with high fades with a line-up. I never have to correct their work. I recommend all the staff, but I love these two guys. You will definitely be happy. They also take appointments.

My sons have never been more happy to get their haircuts! Since our first time at their old place they have always made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Big shout out to Angel for squeezing us in last minute, still has a smile and kind words to welcome us in.
