Oh goodness if you can avoid living here at all cost do it ! Do not live here , you will regret it . New owners, so nothing gets done or fixed or addressed . No body here that works here cares about theyre job. They had a great maintaintence man but they didnt treat him good so he's gone now nothing gets done ever . Do not live here its so irritating never getting a responce or taken seriously Ive had maintence request not get done for months I mean 5 months at a time Ive been without lights multiple times and they dont hurry to get anything fixed .

Moved our daughter from Los Angeles .CA. And researched for months before choosing clear water square. The office was amazing helpful and professional and the maintenance guys fixed what ever issues right away as we moved in. The maintenance guys also very helpful and professional. Very happy we chose this for our daughter.

Old, outdated windows make the electricity bill much higher then it needs to be. The sliding doors do not keep the outside air out well. Very drafty. It makes it very cold if you have to sleep near it... especially if it's windy, which it is frequently. The office has misplaced work orders multiple times. I also had maintenance walk in on me once when I was naked. I did not give permission to enter, nor did they tell me when they'd be by. Decent amenities. Good location. It's off the road a bit so there isn't much road noise. Pretty safe location.

You receive more than you pay for, the recreational area has a pool table and fire place which makes it quite homey. The laundry facility and work out area are clean and open 24/7 . The units are well kept, the swimming pool is now under construction, soon to be completed. The complex employees keep us well informed and are easy to communicate with regarding any type of issue. Safe and quiet neighborhood, affordable with well kept grounds. Definitely underrated, I love living here, especially on Saturdays when they serve complimentary donuts and coffee. The current manager, goes above and beyond to assist tenants.
