The car wash is fairly decent the car comes out pretty clean I've only had one time where one of the guys intentionally ignored me after he didn't spray my front of my car before going to the drive-thru other than that everything's good

0 star establishment. Car wash broke the antenna on my 2021 f150. Pulled around and the employee claimed responsibility along with offering a replacement, unfortunately it didn’t fit. He filed a claim and took some pictures. Received an email a day later denying it; stating a video shows it may have been bent prior to entering BUT the current video is not available nor will it be made available. Extremely disappointed in this fraudulent behavior and have been a platinum member for many years. If they had ran my member number they would see that this truck has been ran through Mister 3 times a week, every week since March of 2021 when it was issued to me. Now I have a broken Antenna and the only car wash i use laughing at me and my loyalty.

Took my GMC in for the platinum....mainly for the tire shine. NOT IMPRESSED. Dirt & grime everywhere...yet the windows were clean. Back to Tim Bush Washes.

Went to wash my car, parked to vacuum, and noticed that my license plate was bent and my frame broken. Walked up to the employee at the front to ask if my plate was damaged when I came, but was interrupted by I imagine a manager? She said it happens sometimes, and next time I come in they can do something differently? What? If you could prevent damaging people's cars, wouldn't you do that first? License plate was bent 70-80°, but this picture was taken after I bent it back as much as I could without risking breaking it. Front of the car isn't even remotely dry. 10/10 service. They apparently believe they have the right to damage your car and just say tough luck, maybe we won't next time, lmao.
